What are your hours?
Hours vary by location:
Baton Rouge — Tue–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–2pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
Woodlands, TX — Tue–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–3pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
Hours can vary by holiday — call ahead if you're cutting it close.
Do you take walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
We always recommend booking online or by phone to guarantee your spot, especially for Brazilian and facial services. Walk-ins are welcome when a slot is open, but availability isn't guaranteed.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, which helps us keep availability fair for everyone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus NAKED gift cards. Ask your location about cash and other payment options.
Is there an age requirement?
Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's written consent, and a guardian present for intimate services. Ask us if you have questions about a specific treatment.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill out a quick intake form. Your esthetician will walk you through the treatment, answer questions, and make sure you're comfortable before starting anything.
Can I bring a friend?
Our waiting areas are open to guests, but treatment rooms are reserved for clients and, where applicable, a parent or guardian.

How long should my hair be before I come in?
About a quarter inch — roughly two weeks of growth after shaving, or three to four weeks after your last wax.
Does it hurt?
It's a quick, sharp sensation that fades fast, not a lingering one — most first-timers are surprised how manageable it is.

Will a chemical peel make my skin visibly peel?
Some visible flaking is normal for 3–5 days after most peels — that's the treatment working. We'll walk you through aftercare before you leave.

Should I book a vajacial before or after my wax?
After — it works best on freshly waxed skin, and our Post Wax Calming option is designed specifically to follow a Brazilian.
Is the V-Steam a medical treatment?
No — it's a traditional wellness ritual, not a medical or clinical service. Talk to your doctor first if you have specific health concerns.
