1.Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NAKED Wax Bar website and your booking or purchase of services at our Baton Rouge, LA and Woodlands, TX locations (together, "NAKED," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

2.Appointments & bookings

Appointments may be booked online through our booking system, by phone, or in person. Prices and availability are set per location and are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. This policy helps us keep appointment availability fair for every client.

We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or end an appointment early at our discretion — for example, for client safety, contraindicated skin or health conditions, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff.

3.Gift cards

NAKED gift cards are redeemable at both the Baton Rouge, LA and Woodlands, TX locations, for any service on the menu, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

You are responsible for safeguarding your gift card code. We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without your authorization.

4.Health & safety

Our waxing, facial, skin brightening, chemical peel, vajacial, V-Steam, and Bath House services are cosmetic and wellness treatments — they are not medical procedures, and our estheticians do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Please tell us about any relevant skin conditions, allergies, medications (including Accutane or other retinoids), pregnancy, or health concerns before your appointment, so we can recommend the right service or a suitable alternative.

If you have a medical condition or are uncertain whether a service is right for you, please consult your doctor before booking.

5.Website use & intellectual property

The NAKED name, logo, and the content on this website — including text, images, and design — are the property of NAKED Wax Bar or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except as necessary to browse the site or book a service in the ordinary course.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful code.

6.Limitation of liability

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAKED Wax Bar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding this website and the services described on it, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to bookings and website use going forward from its "Last updated" date.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except as otherwise required by the law of the state where a given NAKED location operates.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
